We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not reimburse return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Processing & Transit Times
Return shipments, especially international ones, may take several weeks or longer to arrive and be processed.

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

To provide a faster and more convenient resolution, we offer an alternative to returning the item:

Refunds
If your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue accordingly.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
